DIGITAL DOWNLOAD INFORMATION
All patterns are instant downloads, meaning the files will be instantly available for download after purchasing, and the download link will be valid for 30 days. There are no refunds for patterns, so be sure to check the sizing chart for each pattern as sizing varies between styles and pattern types.
These patterns are intended for skilled sewers and do not include detailed instruction. Further instruction about basic construction of dance garments can be found on the YouTube channel. We also expect that you understand how to properly print a basic PDF file using Adobe Reader, otherwise you should take the file to a printing service.
Patterns are in PDF format and will open and print to the correct size without any additional adjustment. There is no need to resize anything once you receive your file. There is a 3" reference square on most patterns to double check that the printing scale is correct once printed.
Downloadable patterns are intended for the use of the purchaser only. You are allowed to send your pattern to a printing company for personal use. This website maintains the same legal declaration on digital patterns as paper patterns: reproduction for gift or gain is illegal. You may only reproduce a pattern for your own use.
Any patterns, products, or costumes purchased from any third-party websites other than rachelfinzen.com that claim to be designed by Rachel Finzen, Travis Halsey, or Halsey Onstage, are illegal or counterfeit. Only this website is authorized to distribute patterns or products created by these entities, and this website is not in collaboration with any other website, tutu supplier, or pattern company.
HELPFUL TIPS AND INFORMATION FOR YOUR DIGITAL FILES:
** No patterns are wider than 36" after printing
** Patterns are in 200 dpi resolution
** Each file includes the width and length of the print in inches
** Patterns do not include step by step instructions. They do include photos, illustrations, and text to aid in the construction process.

You can print from home using the program, Adobe Reader. If you do not have this program, it is a free download available for both PC and Mac computers. Open the pattern file using Adobe Reader, go to "Print," and select "Poster Print." The program will automatically slice your file into as many 8.5x11" sheets of paper as needed to fully print your pattern to scale. Be certain you keep the scale of printing at 100%. Changing the scale will yield an incorrect size. Once printed, arrange the pages and tape them together. If you prefer, you make print your file on a large scale printer at an office supply store instead.
